Plant Tour

Only delegates registered in the meeting can participate in the Plant Tour. Requests can be made on the Registration Form. Some visits may be cancelled if there is insufficient interest.

Notes

• The Booking will become effective after received all of Plant Tour Charge.
• The Organizer will change your Choice with your consent when the Route you expected is full booked. But you will not noticed by Organizer if one of routes your booked is available.
• No change is accepted when the route you booked is available.
• The cost includes accommodation, meal, air/train tickets, traffic fee and tax etc.
• Delegates, who cancel their plant tour booking with email/written cancellation letter/fax received, after 15 October 2024, will have no refund of plant tour fee.
