The Official Invitation Letter will be sent to the delegates upon the request on the Registration Form.
Cancellations
Delegates, who cancel their registration with email/ written cancellation letter/fax received.
-By 20 September 2024, will have registration fee refunded, less an administration charge of RMB1000.00.
-From 20 September to 15 October, 2024, will have 20% refund of registration fee.
-After 15 October 2024 , will have no refund of registration fee.

The speaker has to take the presentation or speeches in English during the sessions.
Name Badges
The participants are requested to wear their badges for the entire duration of the meeting. Participation in the scientific sessions, the social program will not be possible without a badge.
Dietary Requirement
Delegates with special dietary requirements should inform AFM2024 Secretariat along with your accommodation reservation.
Insurance
The Organizing Secretariat cannot assume any responsibility for personal accident, loss or damage to the private property of participants and accompanying persons, which may either occur during or arise from the conference. Participants should therefore take whatever steps they consider necessary as regards insurance.
